Croissix collects information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, phone number, and business details. We also collect data from the social media platforms you connect — Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram — strictly to provide our management services.
Your data is used solely to deliver, improve, and personalize our services. We use it to display analytics, schedule posts, manage inboxes, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We employ industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All connections use HTTPS/TLS. Platform tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest. We regularly audit our security practices.
Our app integrates with Google, Facebook, and Instagram APIs. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies. We only request permissions necessary to provide our stated services.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at vipprowdigital@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

By downloading, installing, or using the Croissix application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Croissix is available at ₹499 per month per business account. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Google Play Store. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods unless required by law.
You may use Croissix only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the service to publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates the terms of Google, Facebook, or Instagram. Vipprow Digital reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
All content, design, code, and trademarks within Croissix are the property of Vipprow Digital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Vipprow Digital provides the service "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uptime or uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from platform API changes by Google, Facebook, or Instagram beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
